Saturday Aug 22....

I have said this so many times.....when the assholes and idiots show up, the knights in shinning armour do too....It can't be a coinky dink.... lol.

This is how it went... I had no plans for anything on Saturday and I felt like hosting a client so I placed my ad on leolist. I then received a call from a guy called T- - -. He sounded sincere about wanting to meet, now I realize I need my hearing checked, lol, because why I thought I had heard sincerity, I'm questioning, lol. Any way, after a couple of texts and a phone call he choose a time to meet and promised to send a deposit to confirm.....Within the conversation he was both some what flattering, but also insulting, saying stupid shit about my age.... it was weird, so why I continued with him, I'm still wondering. Anyhow, of course he never sent the deposit. Nor did he respond to my text asking him why, nor did he answer my call which was made because he didn't respond to my text and why I bothered texting/calling him back, I'm also questioning, as I had sensed he wouldn't be following through..... He later sent a text saying that he couldn't come up with the "extra" and was sorry. Well he certainly is sorry, lol, but I'm not sure what the "extra" was....Clearly, he wasn't intending to book at all since my rates were discussed and he had said he read my website, so if he couldn't afford my time shouldn't he have backed out then? I'm not sure what the actual intentions of these types of idiots are, or what they get out of wasting their time in these ways, but they do show up more often than they should. Thankfully, It wasn't long after his foolishness that a lovely, generous, and sweet client called me to arrange a 4 hour lunch date for later this week. I was so thrilled and excited, he completely changed my mood.....Thankfully there are still some good guys out there who make me forget about the assholes....Then another client that I see only once a year, and who is also so wise, respectful, generous, and a complete gentleman called to confirm 3 dinner dates for September....I am so lucky!...Those two men are a blessing to me honestly, and I'm truly grateful...!!! So with all that good news I knew some bad had to follow, lol. And to no avail some did ....The order of things isn't always with bad the good comes, sometimes when the good comes the bad follows too, lol. Anyhow, another man, named B - - -, reached out later that evening. He claimed to be a business owner, within his text, which was polite and detailed, so I asked him to call and discuss possibly meeting. Again so many red flags were apparent within our conversation, yet I continued, stupid me.....I know, I'm kicking myself, lol... Anyway, I answered his questions, went over everything with him and explained that if he wants to meet a deposit needs to be sent and I reiterated that he has to let me know then and there if he was a man of his word and would keep his word by sending the deposit and too please be certain. He assured me he was good with the day and time he had chosen and sending the deposit . He said he'd send it as soon as we got off the phone....20-30 mins later, he sent another text in which he claimed his wife was up, and that he couldn't send it, and would change the day to meet and send the deposit today, Sunday, to meet on Monday, but within our conversation he had said he couldn't meet on Monday because he had to work, lol.....What a joke, what a loser!!. Of course he hasn't sent anything and if he had I'd send it right back. He can take his sorry ass elsewhere....So many pathetic, dishonest, weird idiots out there this summer....and imagine some of them are supposedly running/owning businesses!.....I wonder if these idiots feel embarrassment after playing these childish games. After they get off the phone do they say 'I'm really proud of myself, I've really accomplished something today, I spent a few minutes trying to convince Cristy that I was going to book her and send a deposit and I fooled her"...LOL!! ..... Thank goodness for those few gentlemen out there who act like responsible, intelligent humans, who have integrity, who give and keep their word, and show respect for other people. Just another day in the life of a wanton and working woman, lol.....
